Company founded

In 2013, NTC Logistics began operating independently after separating from NTC d.o.o. Nikšić. We laid the foundations of a company providing logistics, distribution and 3PL services.

Nikšić remained the starting point for our development. From the outset, we built our business through cooperation with partners and an understanding of their needs for organising goods and deliveries.

This approach guided subsequent investment in people, warehouse space and transport, with the aim of connecting different logistics stages into reliable support for clients.

Our first logistics warehouse

In 2017, our first logistics warehouse created room to develop warehousing and connect warehouse operations with distribution.

The warehouse became a link between receiving goods, storing them and their next delivery. We developed warehousing, order preparation and dispatch as connected parts of the same process.

Partners’ needs for additional space and stock organisation shaped the further development of our warehouse capacity.

NTC Express becomes a separate unit

In 2021, the courier service became a separate unit — NTC Express. It maintained seamless cooperation with the warehouse, connecting goods preparation with delivery to the recipient.

NTC Express continues to operate as a separate courier unit, connected with warehouse and fulfillment processes. The teams jointly coordinate collection, dispatch and delivery, from the warehouse to the customer’s door.

AEO status and regional expansion

During 2024, we received AEO status and expanded our operations regionally. We strengthened our connections with partners and linked markets through our logistics network.

AEO status — Authorised Economic Operator — marks an important milestone in the development of our freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.

Regional expansion was accompanied by the development of our distribution network and investment in our fleet. Warehouse, transport and courier teams worked together to support partners’ needs across a wider market.

A new warehouse and recognition

Built in 2025 to the most advanced standards, the new warehouse expanded our storage capacity and created room for better organisation of logistics processes. That same year, Ranko Jovović received the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Expansion nearing completion

We are bringing the expansion of our logistics complex to completion. The next chapter of our development brings more space for people, goods and new business.

The warehouse expansion in 2026 builds on the new warehouse constructed in 2025. The additional space is intended, among other things, to introduce the most advanced fulfillment services in Montenegro — from receiving and storing goods to preparing, packing and dispatching orders.

The works are in their final stage. Completing the expansion will open the next chapter in the development of our logistics complex.
